MTC

This last Wednesday we had the opportunity to go with the family and drop Mckinney off at the MTC. It was definitely a bitter sweet moment. We were all so excited to see him go and serve the Lord but we will miss him. It's so sad to think that when he gets back Ray will almost be three years old but I'm sure she will keep doing the bad habits that Kinney taught her. He was always so good with her and she totally loved her Uncle Ninney. Love you Kins and we will miss you but you are doing the right thing by serving the Lord.

Mckinney's Farewell

Mckinney 's farewell was on the 18th of January. He did an excellent job on his talk and had a ton of family there to say good bye and wish him luck. We will definetly miss him but he will be an awesome missionary.
Here are some pictures from his farewell of family and friends.

Weekend in St George

Last weekend we were in St. George for Mckinney's farewell but while we were there we had a lot of fun with the cousins. Jaxon and Ryker love to play with Ray and she loves all the attention that they give her. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed all the time with the family.

My birthday just happened to be the same day as Kinney's farewell so my family came down the Friday before to celebrate with us. Saturday morning we went to Crakerbarrel, my favorite place! And of course my mom spoiled me with a new purse, wallet and a couple of other things. What a great mom I have!

Then that night we went to Pirate Island Pizza where the boys has a little too much fun.

After dinner we went home and Britto's family was waiting with a cake, so they sang happy birthday to me. Thank you guys for thinking of me.

Christmas!

Yes I know, I'm a little slow we've just been very busy. Even before Christmas was so close Ray wanted to open her presents, she was always under the tree playing in the presents and trying to open them.

Christmas was a blast, Britto had the four days off before Christmas so we spent that time in St. George with his family. We had so much fun just hanging out and being there with the family. I think there were more people at Cindy's house during the holidays then there was at my Grandma Lindsay's family Christmas party, but it was a lot of fun. We stayed there until Christmas Eve and then we had to get back but before we left we opened our presents. Ray got this horse from Grandma Lu that she absolutely loves to just sit on. And she got the cute shirt she is wearing from Uncle Willie (I think she wears that shirt more than any of her other ones.)

Christmas day Britto headed to work at five and I went over to my grandpa's house where my family was. We had Christmas in three sections. The first section mom, dad, Chauntel, and Homer and Grandpa opened their presents....

They all had to do the surprised look because they all pretty much knew what they were getting, and yes everyone has one but mine is on Lacey's camera.

Mom made grandpa BYU pillow cases, he was so excited!

This year mom got the picture. It's a tradition, you can always count on the Hunters for a picture for a present.

The second section was Brackus, Lacey and Zoey opening their presents...

Mom wrapped Lacey's present up a couple of time to try and disguise what it was, she got a camera that took some work getting since my brother doesn't quiet listen to everything she says.

And of course there's Zoey she was so excited for all of the toys she got.

And Brack admiring his new Xbox.
Britto finally got home around seven so we finally got to open our presents. He did a very good job this year and I was really suprised by what he picked out (now lets see how he does for my birthday:) I got a kitchen-aid mixer among other stuff, and Britto got P90x (I think I will probably use it more than he will but oh well.)
Raylee by far got the most for Christmas. I had so much fun spoiling her with presents that I kinda went overboard this year, but that's ok.

This big present was from my parents:

She loves to play with it and watch the bear dance around.

By the end of the day we were completly worn out with all the traveling and the long day of opening presents but we had fun!!

Ray's First Tooth!

I know that I have been really bad about updating my blog but my sisters have my pictures from Christmas and they haven't sent them to me yet. But recently Ray just cut her first tooth! I found it yesterday and I got so excited! I even had to wake Britto up from his nap to show him but he even got excited! Now she is very protective of her mouth and closes it shut way tight and won't let me feel any more. We have also started a bunch of new foods with her and this is what she thought of the cottage cheese.

She obviously knows what she likes and what she doesn't because as soon as it went in her mouth she started spitting it right back at me. What a girl!
